The Case of the Missing Blueberries!

Start to Read Ingredient Labels!

My dad sent this video to me and it is excellent. It explains how big food companies such as General Mills, Target, and Kellogg's try to fool consumers into thinking that they are purchasing "healthy" foods with their deceptive marketing. This video shows that many products in the grocery stores give us the impression they contain real blueberries when in fact, after reading the ingredient labels, we see that what were are really getting is artificial ingredients.

Why can't food companies be more honest? Because "real" ingredients are expensive and artificial ingredients are cheap. When these companies fool the customer, the deception pays off. What can we do? Read the labels and if they contain artificial ingredients - DON'T BUY THEM! Look for healthier choices - there are companies that you can trust.

Thanks Dad for sending this my way so I can share with others.
